Conference Topic

The aim of the conference is to compile innovative current research from resource, energy and environmental economics and dynamic economic theory. By bringing together leading experts as well as junior and senior scholars in these fields, the conference covers a broad range of aspects regarding the relationship between natural resource use and long-term economic development.

The conference was the third of a series. The 2004 and 2006 SURED conferences were generally considered great successes. Participants came from all over Europe as well as from America and Asia. The conference papers reached the highest international standards and the presentations were very professional.
